My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Shabbir for nearly a year. Our schedules are demanding and can sometimes be erratic. Shabbir went out of his way to work with us, taking both our schedules into account. He went out of his way to not only show us homes that we loved, but went out of his way to ensure that we protected ourselves from what could only be described as “house lust”. In the end, not only did we find a home that was the size we had hoped for, it was in a neighborhood we had dreamt about purchasing in, at a price below what we had budgeted out.
